                  As an entrepreneurial executive branding real estate development and     luxury consumer goods, Michael Miarecki has 25 years of international     strategic brand building experience. 
                  Miarecki helped craft the strategic global branding for     multiple luxury companies including David Yurman, The World Gold     Council, Michele Watches, Philip SteinTeslar and Faconnable.  Miarecki has also directed the     marketing and branding efforts for multiple real estate developments for     clients such as W Hotel and Residences, Marathon Capital, MH Funding and     Investments and Prospect Properties with more than $2.5 billion in projects     completed since 2003.  
                  Miarecki started his career in television development in multiple     locations throughout Europe as Worldwide     Director of Creative Development for Reg Grundy Productions where he was     responsible for cultural and linguistic adaptations of more than 65 television     programs. 
                  A     recipient of more than two-dozen industry awards for branding and marketing     campaigns and creative work, Miarecki is a frequent presenter at real estate     and resort industry conferences and luxury branding symposiums. 
                  Mr. Miarecki is fluent in English and French and conversational in     Portuguese.  |
